As a longstanding supporter of Fleetwood wheelchairs, I lived there in my formative years. So pleased to see a wheelchair access team at Lossiemouth, well done. Keep up the good work

This tactical aviation analysis explores the RAF Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) event on April 14, detailing how the RAF Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) maintains northern air defense and why the RAF Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) remains a vital deterrent against long-range strategic bombers.

Expert Insight: The addition of a Voyager tanker to a standard two-ship scramble suggests that RAF command anticipated a long-duration shadowing mission. In the vast northern approaches, fuel is the primary constraint; having a tanker on station allows Typhoons to maintain high-energy states and radar sweeps for hours if a Russian contact decides to "loiter" near the border.

📍 7 Malin Place, Lossiemouth

A fantastic result for a truly substantial family home in one of Moray’s most desirable coastal towns 🌊✨

This impressive detached bungalow offered the kind of space and flexibility that’s becoming increasingly hard to find. Set across one easy level and extending to around 151m², it delivered four genuine double bedrooms, generous living areas and a layout perfectly suited to modern family life.

From the bright and spacious lounge through to the large kitchen and dining area with central island and additional entertaining space, this was a home designed for both everyday comfort and social living. The integral garage, private enclosed gardens and peaceful cul-de-sac setting only added to its appeal, while the inclusion of 16 solar panels provided an extra layer of efficiency and long-term value.

It’s no surprise this property attracted strong interest. Homes offering this level of space, practicality and location in Lossiemouth continue to perform exceptionally well in today’s market.

If you’ve been thinking about selling, this is a clear example of the demand that’s out there right now.
