The Lossiemouth Community Development operate out of spacious, modern premises, centrally located with a fantastic view over the East Beach.

The office comprise of a suite of rooms, including a large meeting room, seating up to 16 and a smaller room seating up to 4 people.

Also in the building is the office for the Development Officers, two toilets and a kitchen. The reception is used by the Visitor Information Centre during the tourist season.

Large Meeting Room

The large meeting room has been used for meetings, workshops, AGMs, banking hub, community drop-ins and more.

There are four modular tables which can be folded or arranged as required. Placing four tables centrally creates a boardroom style seating for up to 12 people.  Removing the tables allows for up to 16 chairs to be placed theatre style.

A projector and flipchart are available.

Large Meeting Room (up to 16)

Community groups & charities – £12 per hour, Min 2 hours 

All other bookings –                – £15 per hour Min 2 hours

Back Room (up to 4)

Community groups & charities –  £20 for up to three hours / £40 for 9am-5pm

All other bookings –                –  £25 for up to three hours / £50 for 9am-5pm

• Rates are a flat rate per half day (3 hour) hire.
• Morning 10-1
• Afternoon – 2-5
• Evening – 6-9           
• Full day is two half days, i.e. from 10-5
• There may be some flexibility in the timings, on a case-by-case basis.
• Includes DIY teas & coffees. Provide your own biscuits, etc.

The entrance is flat, and can be accessed by a narrow wheelchair, there is ample parking on the street outside.
